At Lorensol, we are committed to giving you the best summer pants you have ever worn. We believe in our product and want you to feel completely confident every time you order. If you are not satisfied for any reason within our 60-day money-back guarantee period please contact us at support@lurensol.com and we will make it right.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to make changes as your order will have already entered processing. If you cancel within 24 hours we will process your full refund within 7 business days.

We are confident Lorensol will change the way you experience summer. Wear them to the beach, out to dinner, on vacation — put them through a real summer. If you are not completely happy for any reason, just reach out within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund every single penny. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@lurensol.com. To speed things up please include your order number or the name and email address used to place your order. No forms, no hoops, no hassle.
Damaged Items
We take great care packing every order before it ships. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Packaging that was dented or scuffed during shipping with the product inside in good condition is not considered damage.
If your order arrives damaged please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at support@lurensol.com with a clear photo of the damage and we will determine if you are eligible for a free replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear, regular use, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We work hard to get every order out the door and into your hands as fast as possible. However we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including delays caused by the courier, customs, or any other factors that may occur during transit. If you experience any problems with your delivery please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to fix it before it ships. If we are not notified within 24 hours and your order ships to the wrong address, we will not be able to offer a resend or a refund.
