At Lorensol we are proud to offer free shipping on every single order. No minimums. No catches. Just free shipping every time.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak times and holidays processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. The estimates below reflect transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier.

Please note that during peak times and holidays shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. If your order is shipping internationally there may also be unexpected customs delays that could extend the delivery window above.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address is fully correct and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delays or order cancellation. If our system detects an address issue our support team will reach out by email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not hear back within that time we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order please email us at support@lurensol.com within 24 hours. We will do everything we can to fix it before your order ships but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after that window.
Delayed Delivery
We know getting your Lorensol pants fast matters to you and we do everything we can to ship every order out as quickly as possible. However there are times when delays happen due to circumstances completely outside of our control — severe weather, transportation disruptions, courier delays, or other unforeseen issues during transit.
If something comes up on our end that affects your order — whether it is a processing issue, address verification, or anything else — we will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to resolve it quickly. Please note that Lorensol is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. What we can guarantee is that we will always keep you informed and do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it is when a package goes missing. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier it is unfortunately out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen please email us at support@lurensol.com and we will do everything we can to help you sort it out.
We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim as most carriers have a process for lost or stolen packages. We will also contact the courier on your behalf and follow up with updates. Please note that Lorensol is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. However we will always go above and beyond to help resolve the situation. If the package cannot be located we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances. If all else fails we recommend filing a police report.
